IQ Panel 2 - Blurry Screen

Although rare, there is a known firmware issue which can occur on certain models of the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 which causes a blurry or duplicate image on the panel screen.

So long as the panel is accessible through a cellular modem by a Support Representative, a remote solution can be attempted whereby the firmware is updated and the panel is reset.
