Factory Default
Warning: erases everything, the camera must be re-added to your account.
To reset the camera to factory default, hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
Wi-Fi Setup by WPS Enrollment
This brief instructional video demonstrates how to successfully pair the Brinks Home Outdoor Camera (ADC-V723) to a router using WPS mode:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Hold the reset button for 3 seconds until the front LED flashes blue.
2. Press and release the router's WPS button or enable WPS in router programming.
3. The LED on the camera may turn red during this step. Wait 2 minutes for the camera LED to flash then turn solid green if successful.
Note: If WPS mode fails, try Access Point mode.
Wi-Fi Setup by Access Point
This brief instructional video demonstrates how to successfully pair the Brinks Home Outdoor Camera (ADC-V723) to a router using Access Point (AP) mode:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Hold the reset button for 6 seconds until the front LED flashes white to begin AP mode. This will also happen automatically after powering up the camera.
2. Go to smartphone Wi-Fi settings and find ADC-V723 (xx:xx:xx) then press Connect.
3. In a web browser, go to http://v723install/ then press Scan for Wi-Fi networks.
4. Select Wi-Fi network, scroll up and enter your Wi-Fi credentials, press Submit, then OK.
5. Camera LED turns green if successful or red if failure.
Add Camera using the Brinks Home™ App Website
Note: The camera must first be connected to Wi-Fi.
- Log in to the Brinks Home App on a desktop browser, and press Video.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add Video Device.
- The camera should be detected. Enter the camera name, then select Install.
- The camera is added to the network, which can take several minutes.
- When finished, select Live View to view images from a newly installed camera.
Add Camera using the Brinks Home™ Mobile App
Note: The camera must first be connected to Wi-Fi.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to the Brinks Home Mobile App, and press Video.
- Select Settings by pressing the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Add Video Device, then select your compatible device type.
- The camera should be detected. Enter the camera name, then select Next.
- The camera may take several minutes to configure.
- When finished, select Live View to view images from a newly installed camera.

Troubleshooting
- Power cycle the camera by unplugging and plugging in power adapter.
- Move closer to Wi-Fi router.
- If issues persist, try resetting camera to factory defaults and reinstall.
