Which system features can I control with my Echo device?
With Echo, you can control your full Brinks Home™ Smart Home system. You can lock your doors and arm your system as well as turn your lights on and off and adjust your thermostat.

Is there a fee to link my Echo to my Brinks Home Smart Home system?
No. If you have already purchased an Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, or Echo Show and you have a Brinks Home system, you can link your Echo to your system for no additional cost.
Why can't I disarm my system or unlock my doors with Alexa?
Because anyone can talk to Alexa, we have locked the ability to disarm the system or unlock the doors for your safety and security. However, you are able to lock and arm your system with an Echo device.
