Brinks Home Account Cancellation
Should the time come when you decide that a home security solution is not right for you, it shouldn't be a complicated process. Simply call us at 469.391.4024 and we'll send you the easy cancellation procedures, which includes an explanation of our 30-day cancellation process and what to expect on your final bill. This process cannot be started through our chat/text platform.
You will receive your cancellation documents via email within minutes from Brinks Home. If the email is not received in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. To complete the electronic document, be sure to follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note: You must sign the document and send it back within 7 days or the link will expire. If the link expires you can have a new link sent to you by calling Brinks Home at 469.391.4024.
Upon receipt of your completed electronic document, your account will cancel 30 days from the date the request is processed or on the contract term date, if you are still under contract. At the time of cancellation, a final bill will be generated and any payments due should be paid immediately. Please be aware you are responsible for any uncollected balances if you are still within your contract.
To request a copy of your contract, please call 469.391.4024 to speak with a Brinks Home™ Support Representative. The request must be submitted by the contract signer or spouse, and a valid email address will need to be provided.
