Qolsys Glassbreak Sensor—Tamper Error
Find the image of your glassbreak sensor below to view instructions on how to replace the cover on your sensor to address the tamper error.
You will also need to clear the error from the panel memory. Once the cover has been replaced, see instructions for IQ Panel 2 System Sensor Status.
Qolsys QS1431-840 IQ GLASS-S Encrypted Glassbreak Detector:
Flip the cover upwards and press to close, ensuring the bottom tab locks into place.
Interlogix / GE Security 60-873-95 / NetworX NX-488 Glassbreak Detector:
Align the cover over the sensor and press closed, ensuring the cover sets securely in place.
Interlogix / GE Security 60-834-95 / NetworX NX-487 FlexGuard Glassbreak Detector:
Close the access door and press gently to ensure it fully conforms to set it in place.
Interlogix / GE / ITI 60-459 Glassbreak Detector:
Align the sensor over the base, holding it against the base, and twist clockwise to set it in place.
