What are interactive services?

Interactive services offer the alarm owner an increasing degree of user personalization and accessibility through automation using the Brinks Home™ App on a desktop browser or the Brinks Home Mobile App.

Optional features include:

• Event Notification - Stay connected by receiving email and text notification
• Home Automation - Remotely control appliances.
• Remote System Control - Convenience and control with a virtual keypad. Arm and/or disarm the system and check the system status.
• Video Services - Live look-in from a PC or smartphone. Receive images to a web-enabled electronic device.

Popular features are remote video, remote arming, clip retrieval, user code creation, and the ability to make changes to your alarm zones on your own.
