How to Arm & Disarm Your System from Your Phone

Arm (Stay)

Arm (Stay) is the arming mode to use if you plan on arming the system and staying in your home.

1. Log in to the Brinks Home™ Mobile App.

2. Press Arm (Stay).

3. Choose Silent Arming or No Entry Delay options if desired, then press Send.

Arm (Away)

Arm (Away) is the arming mode to use if you plan on arming the system and leaving your home.

1. Log in to the Brinks Home App.

2. Press Arm (Away).

3. Choose Silent Arming or No Entry Delay options if desired, then press Send.

Disarm

1. Log in to the Brinks Home App.

2. Press Disarm, then Send.

Panic Alarm

A panic signal can be used to trigger your alarm remotely. All panels with in-app panic are compatible. If this feature is not enabled, you can text a Support Representative any time at 469.513.8685.

1. Log in to the Brinks Home App.

2. In the Security System card, tap Panic.

3. Press and hold the type of panic to be triggered.

4. After a 3 second countdown in which the panic can be canceled or immediately sent, the panic is sent to Brinks Home.

Tap Close or Disarm to disarm the panel.
