Troubleshooting
"Customer Not Logged In" Message
This message appears when you have not yet logged into your account to complete the creation and activation process. Follow these steps to log in and clear the message.
- First, ensure you have the Brinks Home™ mobile app. If you do not have it, search for "Brinks Home" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download it to your phone.
- Open the app or navigate to the Alarm.com login page on a computer.
- Tap or click "Login Help."

Use the "Forgot Username" and "Forgot Password" tools to retrieve your credentials. An email will be sent to the address we have on file for you.
- Note: If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Once you have your username and have set a new password, log in to the Brinks Home™ App or website.
- Follow any on-screen prompts to complete your account setup. This will sync your account with your GC Edge panel and remove the message.
